FITNESS May 29, 2020 LOSING WEIGHT WALKED 6 MILES TO AND FROM THE GYMLOSING WEIGHT WALKED 6 MILES TO AND FROM THE GYM Still not fapping or smoking……seem to have more energy and motivation……..walking 6 miles today wasn’t easy mah bois…..but doable as is ANYTHING in life just remember that!
