Do to its easy access, taste and ingredients, I think smarty pants make the best multivitamin. Although my 3yr old prefers the basic taste of gummies my 7,11 and 15 year old prefer the smarty pants. I have been around fitness for about 25 years and have tried virtually every company out there. you can get smarty pants from wal mart or target. I am no way insuating there aren’t others with better ingrediants, but most of those are only found in specialty stores.
