Small capsules – easy to swallow. No odor or taste. I’m assuming they’re easily absorbable but haven’t had a vit D level checked.

Ive used other supplements in the past (drugstore brands) and theyve left me with many kinds of other issues (gas, bloating, bad breath even) but Ive never experienced any kind of side effect from any Thorne product (I also use Vitamin C, Multi-Vitamin, Magnesium).
I take 10,000 Vitamin D because my doctor recommended it for me. Most people are fine with 5000 though.
