Rather than trying to guess what’s best for you, talk to your doctor, pharmacist or registered dietitian to know for sure!
If you follow the guidelines provided in this video then you will definitely complete the requirement of your vitamin stacks upto 90% and over a period your body will become habitual to process these requirements from the diet.
