This Episode 3 of Weight Loss Diet plan is all about freshly prepared sauteed vegetables. Sauteed vegetables contain red bell pepper yellow bell pepper mushroom French beans sprout, Broccoli and Cottage cheese. In this video I have given the entire details on how to make sauted vegetable. All the nutrients are shared properly in this video. Yellow bell pepper contains high vitamin C content, Red bell pepper on the other hand is rich in vitamin A, sprouts and broccoli gives high protein, And French beans are rich in dietary fibres. Though cottage cheese should only be taken when you do not have the eggwhite for mushroom because we are talking about weight loss journey. For weight loss cottage cheese or paneer will caus gain in weight by adding fat.

From one of the videos by Guru Mann I got this knowledge that egg white is the lean protein and paneer is the fat protein because it contains unsaturated fats. Our goal is to Keep up tab on our calories and hence I would recommend you to download an application known as myfitnesspal on ios or playstore.

Do not fall for fake diet plans, Low Carb diet or intermittent fasting because a person who wants to reduce fat properly Because a person who wants to reduce fat properly Diet should be followed as a long term regime not a short term game.
