Today’s video is the Day 3 challenge and I am making Cucumber Pear Broccoli Honeydew Shake which is beneficial for good vision, body system detox, weight loss and to prevent anti aging. To make this shake we needed the following ingredients: Cucumber, Pear, Broccoli, Honeydew, Avocado, Coconut, Banana, Turmeric, Ginger, Activia yogurt and Probiotic milk.
The Nutritional Benefits and Facts:
1). Cucumber  good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin A, B, B6 & K1, potassium, and antioxidants. It’s benefits – supports good vision, lowers blood cholesterol, good for weight loss, prevents ageing, improves skin disorders, boosts the immune system and strengthens brain functions.
2). Pear: Loaded with anti-oxidant, good source of vitamin C, K, Potassium, Copper, Folate. It has anti inflammatory properties, Lower blood pressure, promote gut health, boost heart healthy and support weight lose.
