Ladies, burn fat this way

A very common goal for women is to burn fat and maintain a feminine rather than muscular physique.
However, in most cases, their fitness attack plan is to cut out calories and go hard and long on the cardiovascular machines.

Cutting out food and tedious hours on the machines doesn’t sound appealing to say the least, which makes the idea of getting into shape a painful experience.
This isn’t sustainable and partly explains why people give up before they achieve any visible results.

Dropping calories below your metabolic rate is problematic.
It will wreck havoc with your hormonal balance, slows down your metabolism, herald digestion problems, loses musclemass, increases fatigue, cause vitamin deficiencies, develop weak bones, cause fertility issues and weakens the immune system.

So, rather than cut out calories, it would be recommended to create a calorie deficit through exercise.
For example, take a person requiring 2000 calories.
Instead of cutting out food to 1500 cals, consume 2000 and burn 500cal with exercise, bringing the daily calories to 1500.

In my experience, I find that an appropriate calorific food plan with strength training works best for women.
There are three advantages to this.
1. You have a sustainable pleasant food plan.
2. Increasing musclemass will cause your body to burn more calories, even at rest.
3. You can sculpt your body into any shape or form you prefer, without appearing manly.

This will not only help you burn off the extra body fat, but will equally be sustainable for the long-term, help you to become stronger, look better, feel confident, and enjoy your training.
Ladies train smart, your fitness goals are very achievable and will be fun with the correct attack plan.
