Most people know carrots have beta carotene. Did you know the word beta carotene is Latin for a carrot? So even though there are probably 30 different vegetables, different vegetables, different colors that have beta carotene in it, it’s known because of the carrots.

So first of all, beta carotene converts to vitamin A in your body. Well, vitamin A, the way God designed it to convert as needed versus a vitamin that can give you way too much synthetic vitamin A. Well, vitamin A is so necessary for everything that I know this is important to you. So that includes preventing heart disease. That includes speeding up your recovery from a workout.

It helps protect your vision, not just your vision, but also your eye health. Many people are concerned about macular degeneration. Well, that’s not a vision problem. That’s an eye health problem. Beta carotene is also very well known for having beautiful skin. The carrots benefits for skin are amazing as it helps to strengthen the cells in your skin, to help protect against viruses and infection.

They have a specific nutrient calcium nutrient that helps to do that. It’s calcium spectate that helps this to happen. So it’s going to strengthen your lungs. It’s going to improve your immune system. It’s going to help your digestive system run smoothly. Also protects against cancer. It’s full of vitamins – C, E, and K.
