My go to protein powder. I would watch for the price to drop to about $11/lb then buy the big bucket. This would last me almost a year since I dont drink protein shake everyday.
It’s a great option for lactose intolerant. It’s also one of the cleanest protein powders out there. I find chocolate flavorto be much better, less sweet than strawberry, even though it’s still quite sweet for my taste.
It can blend well with just a bit of shaking, dont really need the blender steel ball, just a bottle with a cap to shake.
