Today, on the NaturalHealth365 Podcast, Jonathan Landsman talks to Christine Rosche, MPH, CNS, a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist and Biofeedback Therapist with 25 years experience in the healthcare field. The interview starts with a bang as Christine talks about the importance of a healthy gut and how the digestive system directly influences the health of the brain and lungs!
Next up, Christine talks about the latest technology called “PCR DNA Test” – which has been created in order to measure the condition of the gut and how she is implementing it into her professional work. This will be of particular interest to all the integrative healthcare providers out there.
Christine also details how these tests can be useful during this current COVID-19 pandemic. Jonathan and Christine talk about how a “leaky gut” is strongly linked to chronic inflammation, compromised immune function and, a higher risk of viral infections like, COVID-19.
The worst part about this whole thing… The mainstream media is ignoring the importance of gut health.
Later in the Podcast, Christine explains how EMF exposure from wireless technology is being linked to many serious health issues including: a build up of E.Coli and significant destruction of the “good” bacteria in our bodies.
Most importantly, Christine continues the conversation with ways that we can strengthen the immune system. This, in turn, will dramatically reduce the risk of bacterial or viral infections. We reveal the value of (specific) plant-based foods; the elimination of sugars from your diet; the consumption of more (high quality) prebiotic and probiotic foods. All these suggestions are designed to naturally increase (and balance) the biodiversity of “good” and “bad” bacteria in your digestive system.
Of course, with millions of people suffering with sleep disorders … later on in the show this health issue gets addressed. And, we even give out some practice advice about the way to exercise properly.
As the interview moves along, Jonathan and Christine discuss the healthy habits they follow in their daily life including eating organic and whole foods and staying away from processed sugars. Christine also gives out some examples of foods she eats including: sauerkraut, black rice, and purple vegetables including purple cabbage, purple chard and purple potatoes. You’ll discover exactly how these foods affect our bodies in a positive way!
Christine then begins to discuss strategies people can use during this “Post COVID-19 world” in order to be safe and not on the edge constantly. Some examples included gut support formulas, using specific probiotics that are solely for you and your situation. She also talks about Colostrum, a breast fluid produced by humans, cows, and other mammals before breast milk is released.
And, finally, Jonathan and Christine talk about how the leading organizations in the U.S. are “keeping people in the dark” by pushing inaccurate (insignificant) information about how to properly supplementation with vitamins or minerals. For example, contrary to what healthcare providers are saying, Christine recommends that 5,000 IU of vitamin D is the minimum a person should be receiving daily.
