Covid-19 Nasal Swab Test Process (What To Do To Protect Yourself From The Virus)

In today’s video, we are talking about the current spikes in Covid-19, coronavirus cases, the things I’m doing/taking in order to protect myself from the virus, what it’s like to get a nose swab test and my test results.

A couple of my very close coworkers in my department tested positive recently, which made the rest of us need to get tested….again.

First Covid-19 testing experience:

With anxiety, worry and stress on the mind, it seemed like the best thing to do for peace of mind. Regardless of the outcome. We just needed to know what we needed to do next in order to protect ourselves and others against Covid-19.

The nose swab was not the most pleasant thing AT ALL! But it was necessary. It’s quick and easy, but is very uncomfortable!
If you need to get tested:

Please protect yourselves and others by wearing a mask at all times when leaving the house, taking your vitamins and supplements (check with your doctor first) and avoid big crowds!
