In this short video, I’m going to expose one of the biggest secrets vitamin companies don’t want you to know. The big secret is that most of the vitamins sold in America and Europe are made synthetically. Synthetic vitamins are actually made from petroleum and other chemicals you don’t want in your body. The next time you buy a vitamin supplement, read the label, and be sure the ingredients come from food.
A deeper look at some of the ingredients in a synthetic vitamin supplement:
• Calcium carbonate (basically limestone or cement)
• Ascorbic acid (made from cornstarch and sulfuric acid)
• Cornstarch
• Hydrogenated palm oil
• Polyethylene glycol
• Polyvinyl alcohol
• Soybean oil
• Artificial colors
