-Multivitamin with minerals (preferably with meals)
-Vitamin D3: 4000 IU during this period of the epidemic (and then back off to 2000 IU daily indefinitely)
-Zinc tablets: 50 mg
-Fish oil: 1000 mg
-Vitamin C: 1000 mg
