Health Benefit:
Chicken: Aids in weight loss, provides vitamins and minerals involved in brain function, a good source of protein.
Celery: Great source of important antioxidants, reduces inflammation, supports digestion.
Carrots: Good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants.
Beans: It offers up a multitude of nutritional benefits. Sources of vitamin C and A.
Tomato: Major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene.
Serving: 6 ppl
Ingredients:
1.Chicken: 100 gm
2.Celery: 2 cups chopped
3.Carrot: 3medium size
4.French beans: 1 cup/ 10-15 pieces
5.Tomato: 2 medium
6.Ginger: whole cut one small piece and grated 1 tsp
7.Garlic: 5 pc.chopped
8.butter: 1tbsp
9.Salt: Acc.to taste
10.Black pepper: Acc to taste.
Note: I did not use cornflour to thicken the soup but if you want you can. Blending all the veggies and chicken already thicken the soup.
