It’s a beautiful day today, so we have a quick workout for you. Instead of counting down today, we will be counting up and then down – hence the name pyramid. The workout includes total body, but is skewed towards upper body.

UH BO Paused Row
Bench Step-Up
~5, 10, 15, 10, 5 rep sets~

Optional Equipment: resistance of your choice and bench/box/step.
