QUERCETIN – OTC supplement for allergies. Modulates Inflammation. Aids ZINC absorbtion
ZINC – 40-60mgs/day – Take with food in split doses, if belly upset occurs. Inhibits Corona virus replication. 20-30mgs/day is good for maintenance. Can ‘up it’ to 60mgs/day for short periods of time, while sick.
VITAMIN D3 – 5000 IU’s /day – Cellular barrier support. If you lack access to sunshine, D3 must be taken to maintain wellbeing
VITAMIN A – 5000-10000 IU’s/day – Amazing ‘Host Defence Support’ & cellular barrier support. Can take up to 25,000IUs/day MAX. If & while sick.
SELENIUM – 200mcgs/day (micrograms) – Stops viral replication. Controls oxidative damage & inflammation. ie: Lung Damage
NW & NE of USA has very depleted levels of the mineral Selenium in the soil – Therefore food has far less nutrients. Illness is on the rise
N-ACETYL L-CYSTEINE or NAC – 600mgs/day. Can take up to 3000mgs/day to lower a fever. Excellent for preventing Oxidation & Mucus & lowering fever better than an NSAID (Advil) or Acetaminophen (Tylenol)
LICORICE – must ask your practitioner/naturopath for your specific dosage. Incorrect dosage can lead to lowering Potassium levels, which can lead to a heart arrythmia
VITAMIN C – can take up to 20000mgs/day when sick!! start with 1000mgs or 2000mgs and work your way up until you begin to get loose stools. Slowly increase from there. Take as much as you can handle. Humans do not produce their own Vitamin C
