Vitamin C has been shown in multiple studies to kill viruses and reduce symptoms. So if you have COVID-19, then follow the recommendation pulled together by Dr. Damien Downing below:
Take a rounded teaspoon of Vitamin C (that’s 4 to 5 grams)
Mix in with water (which helps to keep you hydrated)
Do this every 3 or 4 hours…and keep on taking it.
