Boost Immunity The Indian & The Chinese Way

In this video we are going to look at some of the traditional indian and chinese ways of boosting your immunity against viral as well as bacterial infections.
Let’s look at the Indian ways first

No 1:Turmeric :
Yes turmeric is by far the best super herb used in India from ages. This little spice has got an enormous amount of power to boost your immunity on a daily basis.

No 2: Honey
Honey is believed to be antibacterial, and helps in soothing the throat. It’s also a good source of antioxidants which helps to project the body from cell damage. Its anti-aging property helps you to stay fit and young.

No 3: Chawanprash
An ayurvedic formulation consisting of amla(gooseberries), ghee(clarified butter), honey and many herbs that helps you boost the immunity when consumed regularly. Chawanprash has amazing benefits to the respiratory system and specially promotes lung health.

No 4 : Yoga
