A herb widely used in Ayurvedic medicine, Giloy is Also known as Tinospora Cordifolia scientifically, the root of Giloy is used for various medicinal advantages and can be consumed in either a powdered form or can be boiled into a soup or Kadha. Another common way to consume it is to prepare a juice out of it.
Giloy has studied for its immuno-modulatory, anti-inflammatory, anticholinesterase and analgesic effects. It also has gastrointestinal protective effects.

METHOD:

1. Take few branches off the plant and wash them nicely.
2. Crush 1/2 inch ginger with giloy .
3. Add crush mixture into the boiling water
4. Reduce your water to half the quantity
5. Add 1/8 tsp of haldi & Black pepper powder
6. Give it a boil
7. Now seive it in your glass
