How to Make the CARROT RICE I ate during the 10days RAW VEGETABLE JUICING journey.

During the 10days RAW VEGETABLE JUICING journey, I wasn’t permitted to eat Meat,Fish,Sugar and processed foods which we know can be unhealthy and constitutes so many health problems for those that dwell more on those type of foods.
I enjoyed the food without meat or fish.

Raw Carrots are a particularly good source of beta carotene, fiber, Vitamin K1, Potassium and antioxidants.
Carrots are a weightloss friendly food and have been linked to lower cholesterol levels and improved eye health.
Carrots are rich in Vitamins, minerals and fiber. Vitamin C in Carrots will boost your immune system, it creates a protective shield to your health.

Broccoli contains Vitamin K which is essential for the functioning of many proteins involved in blood clotting.
Vitamin C in Broccoli builds COLLAGEN which forms body tissue and bone and it also helps cuts and heal wounds.
Broccoli are packed with Vitamins, Minerals and Bioactive compounds and it really helps in lowering Cancer risk and boosting immune system.
