Invest in the flaxseed, chia seeds (almonds) in advance and buy your fruit frozen, and in bulks if you can’t buy them frozen and simply prep and portion your smoothies in advance in ziplock bags and pop them in your freezer ready to take out each day and blend, this will save you time but also help to keep the smoothies at a cost effective price.
