I got really sick last week and when I started to feel better, I had a phone call with a dear friend. He said, “Katie, how about you take next week off even though you feel better. When was the last time you took a break without being injured or sick?” The truth is: I haven’t ever let myself really take a break. I’ve let this quarantine be a much needed rest and relaxation.
