1. What are your favorite meals or foods to eat? A huge bone in ribeye and roasted bone marrow!

2. How do you take care of yourself? Practice what you preach? • I follow an Ancestral pattern of living… • Protecting ancestral sleep patterns • sun exposure • grounding • cold plunges • eat in a compressed window • eat keto/carnivore/nose to tail • walk throughout the day • lift heavy things daily (once or twice a year I do Barbarian… a tribe favorite! I’ll tell you all about it) • running when preparing for an obstacle course race (which I do about 3-4 times per year) • I do a prolonged fast about 3 times per year • avoid modern dangers (emfs, gmo foods, medications, plastics, bad water sources)
