In his Tuesday update, Gov. Beshear reports 387 new cases over the last three days for a total of 8,951 cases. There are three new deaths, for a total of 394 fatalities. 3,115 people have recovered. Beshear also says he will not be bullied by protestors who hung him in effigy on the capitol grounds on Sunday.
