Honestly, I am not a primer person. I often skip it because I like to rely on other skincare like my Avène Skin Recovery Moisturizer to give me a good base. However, this product caught my eye because it didn’t seem like all the other primers out on the market today.

Product Review of Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Cream
This is a primer-moisturizer hybrid. For those who don’t generally like primers, this product is definitely for you. It was moisturizing, but it didn’t feel greasy and had a plush feeling similar to a typical silicone primer.
Once applied, it made my face smooth and evened out my complexion. It’s important to note that while it did smooth things over, it doesn’t completely cancel out pores and wrinkles as a pore filler would.
It does come at a higher price point, but it feels luxurious and does apply beautifully so I think it’s justifiable.
Another thing I liked is the strong citronella smell. It smells like one of those candles to keep bugs away and reminds me of the many I’ve seen in Australia!
It’s important to keep in mind that if you are looking for a true primer with a matte finish, this product is most likely not for you. However, it’s suitable for many skin types and I was impressed with it.
