Fusion Energy [Healthy smoothie – caramelized tilapia with strawberries]

This smoothie has two main healthy ingredients which are strawberries and tilapia. Strawberries contain vitamins C, manganese, folate (vitamin B9), and potassium. The fish is packed with omega-3 fatty acid EPA-DHA. 3-ounce of that fish count 110 calories and 20g of protein. This is a healthy drink, and it’s best to consume it about 30 minutes after a nice workout session.
