Watermelon Juice Nutrition As you would expect, watermelon juice is good for you. It’s high in vitamin A, vitamin C and potassium. It’s about 92% water, so it’s plenty hydrating, too (nutrition source).

1)watermelon- 2kg
2)sugar- 2 tbsp
3)Rooh afza- 2 tbsp
4)lemon juice- 2tbsp
5)white salt – 1/4 tsp
6)Black salt- 1/4 tsp
7)chunks – 1 cup
