Vitamin E Treatment To Remove Dark Spots On Face

Dark spots are the most common skin problem.

These dark spots can be due to UV ray damage, not following a cleansing routine or sometimes even due to the lifestyle that you follow.

Vitamin E is a magic ingredient which can help in fading these spots down and turning the skin healthy. Its anti-inflammatory properties help in reducing the inflammation caused due to skin damage which can cause dark spots.

It also helps support the immune system, cell function, and skin health which repair the dark spots.

In this video, I will be sharing ways of using vitamin E oil to repair dark spots whilst improving the overall skin condition.

Treatment#1 – Vitamin E With Aloe Vera Gel & Lemon Juice

Things you will need to make this mask:

1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel

1/2 teaspoon of vitamin E oil and

1/2 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

Begin by adding aloe Vera gel, vitamin E oil and lemon juice in it.

Mix all the ingredients really well.

To use, scoop this and apply it onto your dark spots.

Massage for 3-5 minutes in a circular motion.

Let it sit for 30 minutes and rinse it off using a damp cloth.

Use this mask once every day for best results.

Treatment#2 – Vitamin E With Rosewater

Things you will need to make this mask:

1 tbsp Aloe Vera Gel

2 tbsp Rosewater

1 tbsp Glycerin and

3 Vitamin E capsules

Take aloe vera gel, rosewater, glycerin and vitamin E oil in it.

Mix all the ingredients really well.

Scoop this mixture onto your fingers and apply it on the dark spots.

Massage in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes and let it sit overnight.

Use this treatment every night for best results.

Treatment#3 – Vitamin E With Olive Oil

Things you will need to make this mask:

2 vitamin E capsule

1 tablespoon of aloe Vera gel and

1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

Take a bowl, add vitamin E oil, aloe vera gel and olive oil in it.

Mix all the ingredients really well.

To use, take some of this oil on your palm and apply it on the dark spots.

Massage in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Use normal water to rinse the mask off and pat the skin dry.

Finish by using a moisturizer on it.

Use this remedy 3-4 times in a week for best results.

Treatment#4 – Vitamin E With Coconut Oil

Things you will need to make this mask:

2 tablespoons of coconut oil and

1 tablespoon of vitamin E oil

Take a bowl, add coconut oil and vitamin E oil in it.

Mix both the ingredients really well.

Scoop this mixture onto your palms and apply it on your dark spots.

Massage for 3-5 minutes and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Use plain water to rinse the mask off and pat the skin dry.

Finish by applying a light moisturizer on it.

Use this remedy every alternate day for best results.
