The objective of this lesson plan is to bring you close to the fact that yoga is an immortal physical activity which has been practiced through centuries to achieve a healthy body and mind.
During this challenging outbreak of a pandemic disease, COVID 19 . It is necessary to be conscious for our health status.
This lesson plan will make most of the people practice yoga as a preventive measure from stress, anxiety and to improve their immunity.
Man is a physical, mental and spiritual being; yoga helps promote a balanced development of all the three.
The art of practicing yoga helps in controlling an individual’s mind, body and soul. It brings together physical and mental discipline to achieve a peaceful body and mind; it helps manage stress and anxiety and keeps you relaxing. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. It improves respiration, energy and vitality. Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move.
Being a physical education student it’s my responsibility to contribute in the fitness of my nation and under the guidance and supervision of my Assistant Professor Dr. Fuzail Ahmad.
