Coronavirus Disinfecting Shop Wipes [COVID-19 FIGHTER]

CDC – Clean and Disinfect:

Sometimes we may think that we’re imperviable to outside forces, but this Coronavirus is not something that we should just thumb our noses at. At the same time, we don’t need to live our lives in fear. Whether you work in a shop environment, in other’s houses, or in a church, cleanliness is next to Godliness, especially at this time. During this time, we can make some subtle changes to mitigate, or lessen, the chances of contracting the COVID-19 virus.

The very best thing we can do is to wash our hands often and make sure that you’re washing for at least 20 seconds. If you’re working on people’s cars, be sure to throw away your gloves after each job, then wash your hands. Secondly, you can easily make some disinfecting wipes from your common blue shop paper towels, with bleach, water, and dish soap.

Let’s understand a couple of basic terms, as the CDC puts it.
Cleaning refers to the removal of germs, dirt, and impurities from surfaces. Cleaning does not kill germs, but by removing them, it lowers their numbers and the risk of spreading infection.

Disinfecting refers to using chemicals to kill germs on surfaces. This process does not necessarily clean dirty surfaces or remove germs, but by killing germs on a surface after cleaning, it can further lower the risk of spreading infection.

This bleach solution recipe is straight from the CDC website page that we listed above.
Prepare a bleach solution by mixing:
5 tablespoons (1/3rd cup) bleach per gallon of water or
4 teaspoons bleach per quart of water

Stay safe, don’t worry, and take or yourself and your loved ones.
