Taking exercise we can refresh our mind and sleep. sleeping and dreaming is like a vitamin of living in the world. we should find out some time to take exercise for relaxing, sleeping and dreaming.Now a days we are staying at home to protect ourselves from COVID-19. Without taking regular physical exercise, we can not keep our body fit for work.So, we should take exercise regularly.
