We were answering the question,” How effective is vitamin C?” I was saying that is one of the three Basics, the 101 that you have to do, and that is vitamin C, vitamin D with K2 and Zinc.

Then someone responded and asked what kind of vitamin C? That’s really a good question because there are many types of vitamin C out there.

Ascorbic acid is the preservative of the vitamin C complex. It is an important component but it’s not the whole vitamin C complex. You want to include bioflavonoids and hesperidin in your vitamin C.
