Workday Dose: Vitamin D

Vitamin D is required for calcium absorption, enhances the immune system, needed for healthy thyroid function, can lift the mood, and help fight depression, essential for neuromuscular function. Get outside (sunshine vitamin!) for 10-15 minutes most days of the week withOUT sunscreen. Then, if you’ll be out longer, apply. Allow your skin (largest organ) to absorb Vitamin D!
