With this Covid-19/Coronavirus pandemic, there’s never been a more important time to have your immune system functioning optimally. So, what can we do to help it? Eat healthy, get plenty of good sleep, minimise stress and… move & get some good exercise.
There’s a well-received theory that stimulating movement receptors in joints and muscles can benefit our immune system. So here’s some exercises to (i) help your back and neck during the lock-down and (ii) stimulate those movement receptors!
