You are watching a video on health and fitness. My name is Ed Hull, I’m a personal trainer. My specialty is weight loss, fat burn, training plans and workout routines. I think that form is everything when training people during there workout. It means they will get the best out of the sessions, whether the goal is weight loss, fat burn or just general training and exercise.

Learning about nutrition and food intake is vital towards any health and weight loss goals, although having the best fat burning training sessions are important. Having a clear understanding of diet and nutrition you will never reach you weight loss goals, not matter how good the fat burning training session you are doing is.

The part of my job I love the most in when people reach there weight loss goals, it’s an amazing feeling transforming someone, not only to look better but have more confidence, self esteem, be pain free and enjoy life more.

Alongside this I am a keen golfer and like to do help people improve there game, with mobility strength and power exercises to help maximise there potential.
