Great vitamin fir the whole family
OK, I could not get my guy to take vitamins so I basically tricked him into taking an assortment of vitamins and minerals by purchasing gummy‘s. I placed them in a blue quart mason jar and he snacks on them regularly.
If he even remotely thought they were vitamins, one, I would be in deep trouble, and two, he would not be eating them. It’s been six weeks and I have refilled that mason jar twice.
I hope this helps, he is anti-doctor, anti-healthcare, anti-everything and my trick is working. Personally, I think that says a whole lot about the flavor of these gummies!
Great flavors and has done what I needed which was get my vitamin Ds up. Kinda expensive but still worth it for flavor and organic.
Since an accidental slip and fall (resulting in a broken wrist) and visit to an orthopedist, I was asked if I take D3 and I hadnt considered doing this before.
It is a good tasting gummy (I choke easily even when splitting tablets or pills) and will help keep my bones strong.
