I saw these and thought they would be better as they also contain organic coconut oil and that alone has many benefits for your health.
Needless to say, Coconut oil is amazing and I love that they included that in these pills.Well, what do I think: These are amazing, they are small and only require taking one per day.
I have taken these for a while now and feel more awake than I did before.

The d3 with coconut oil has helped me have more energy and regulate my hormones better. I taken 35,000iu a day since I lift heavy weights and work nights and dont get much sun.
I love how the coconut oil doesnt give me a nasty aftertaste like some of the other oils in different d3 brands.

I have been taken this product for nearly two weeks now with vitamin k-2 (mk-7) together because I am a diabetic and I read all over the internet the same thing, these two together makes your bones strong, reverses gum disease which I dont know that I have but I did bleed alot when brushing my teeth, it also improves your arteries health, elasticity removes calcification etc, and good for heart.
I have noticed great improvement and substantial decrease in my gums bleeding, almost no bleeding at all. my gums are looking healthier. I feel better over all.
Im taking 2-3 of these D3with 2 capsules of MK-2 (MK-7) 100mcg each along with 2 MAGNESIUM PILLS 500mg each every morning with breakfast and the first sign that I saw it was working was the reduction in bleeding when I brushed.
