YOU WILL NEED,
2 apples
10 grams or 2-inch Ginger
1 Lemon
DIRECTIONS
Juicer:
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Chop apple and ginger into thin pieces small enough to easily go through the juicer. Follow manufacturer’s instructions to juice.
3.Squeeze the lemon either by hand or using a citrus press.
4. Mix the juice of the apple, ginger and lemon together.
5. Store in an airtight bottle or jar and keep refrigerated. The concoction should be good for 48 hours. If pasteurized, ginger shot lasts anywhere from 2 to 3 months.

Blender:
If you don’t have a juicer,
1. Remove the core from the apple and chop it roughly. Peel and roughly chop the ginger.
2.Squeeze the lemon either by hand or using a citrus press.
3. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
4 Add 1 cup (240ml) water and blend until smooth.
5. Store in an airtight bottle or jar and keep refrigerated for up to one week.

Donโ€™t have a Juicer and Blender?
1. Replace the apple and water with 1 cup (240ml) apple juice.
2. Grate the ginger using a Zester.
3. Squeeze the lemon either by hand or using a citrus press.
4. Add all ingredients in a shaker or glass bottle and shake well.
5. Store in an airtight bottle or jar and keep refrigerated for up to one week.
