How to make Best Fruit and Vegetable Salad Rich in Vitamins and Minerals

In today’s recipe we will learn to make, nutritious fruit and vegetable salad, which is a rich source of vitamins and minerals. For a serving of, 8-10 family members, take middle sized, 3 apples, 3 guava, 2 cucumbers, 2 potatoes, 1 onion and 1 bowl of chick peas. In this serving you will get good quantity of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium, Iron, Copper, Phosphorus, Calcium, antioxidants and fiber. For flavor and taste we will use 3 types of sauces, taramind sauce, apricot sauce and green sauce.
Cut all ingredients into small pieces in separate bowls. You may increase the quantity of ingredients, depending on your taste. Boil the potatoes and chick peas before mixing with other ingredients. Put all the cut ingredients, including, apples, guavas, cucumbers, potatoes, onion, tomato and chick peas, into a large bowl, with enough capacity to mix the ingredients.
After that, add salt, black pepper and chat masala as per taste. Mix taramind sauce, apricot sauce and green sauce at the end. Mix all the ingredients well. Check the taste and add salt, pepper or chat masala to suit your taste.
Put all the mixed salad in a bowl and serve. Enjoy.
