In Tamil, Arasanikkai means King of all vegetables, that much potential it has.

Pumpkin is high in vitamins A and C, which can help boost your immune system.
Its supply of vitamin E, iron and folate may strengthen your immunity as well.
As from the colour itself it resembles Carrot in nutrient level, both are rich in Vitamin A.
