I hope everyone is staying home, safe and healthy! In this video I show you how I’ve been making my #immunityboosting green smoothies.

During this #pandemic I’ve learned that it is important to keep my #immunesystem boosted and healthy. #Covid19 is extremely contagious and having a strong and healthy immune system is important. I highly recommend taking multivitamins daily, drinking plenty of water, exercising and eating clean.

Please note that I’m not a doctor I just did some research on healthy foods that keep the immune system healthy.
