B Vitamin Deficiencies are very common….
Personally I’m a bit surprised on how many people have a b vitamin deficiency. Due to poor diets and excessive stress, it seems many people are suffering more than ever before with this.
The symptoms of the B vitamin deficiency are simple to solve, but life-changing when you are suffering from them.
What most people don’t know is that there are over 16 B vitamins, and most B complexes only contain 3-4 of them.

Because testing can be quite expensive to check your B vitamins, I typically recommend a challenge.
This means you take the B vitamins and see if you feel better. If you feel better… and symptoms start to go away…. then you probably have a deficiency, if you notice no change at all, you probably are sufficient in B vitamins.
