In today’s video, I will be teaching you how to make “A Powerful Detox/ Immune Booster Smoothie, made from different Roots & Fruits. Let’s dive in.
To make this smoothie, we need the following roots and fruits, We need Ginger, Tumeric, Beet root, Carrot, Lemon, Apple, Cranberries, Strawberries, Black berries, Blue berries, Rasberries, Probiotic and Vita milk. These ingredients are packed with lots of vitamins and nutrients with powerful anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and detoxifying compounds.
Nutritional benefits of these roots and fruits ingredients are:
1). Carrot: good source of beta carotene, fiber, vitamin K1, potassium, and antioxidants. Health benefits includes weight-loss, lower cholesterol levels and improved eye health.
