Plantbased Milks -(Fortified with Vitamin D)

Of course many animal products have Vitamin D
Cheese
Eggs
Beef Liver
Fish
Etc….

And lastly you can get them from a good Vitamin D
Tablet without fillers, and garbage you can’t even spell
