I know that liver is incredibly nutrient dense so I’ve been trying for years to regularly incorporate it into my diet. But nothing ever stuck…until this!
I take one of these multivitamins every morning to start my day with vitamin A, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, folate, a little bit of vitamins C, D, E, and K, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, and zinc.
It’s a huge bang for your buck. And speaking of bucks, it’s super cheap!
