That and make sure that you subscribe if you’re interested but let’s get right into this review and talk about the Mary Ruth’s woman’s multivitamin this is the liposomal I think that’s how you pronounce it version of it it’s the vanilla Peach flavor it’s supposed to be
Organic natural flavors etc etc it is a dietary supplement it is a vitamin liquid vitamin it does have a lot of different benefits in my opinion and that’s why I purchased it originally and it’s supposed to be non-GMO vegan dairy free gluten-free soy free zero sure added sugar which enticed me to purchase
It as well and then no ms3 all the traditional things you don’t want to see are not in here so that’s really nice to know off the bat I will say that I love the packaging the packaging is phenomenal to me it’s well done it’s brightly colored it’s beautiful it’s
Eye-catching it has all different kinds of easy to read interesting facts on it that are just super good Marketing in my opinion so kudos to this company seeded my expectations I will say initially when I ordered it I was sent a bottle I did order it off of Amazon off of their
Company and I was sent a bottle that was going to expire within three two or three months and I recognized it kind of late in the game but I I went back and I said hey I ordered this like two months ago and recognized that it was expired
Or going to be expired within like three months of me purchasing it not that I wouldn’t be consuming it but I it takes me a little bit longer sometimes to consume some of these uh multivitamins and some days I’ll Skip and I’m not always necessarily consistent so they
Were very kind and sent me a new bottle even though it wasn’t the same one this is actually on bathroom really just gonna do this video in terms of like pros and cons let’s start with the cons because I will say this multivitamin is not particularly cheap it is I believe
30 dollars at least it can it’s not like a 10 vitamin that you’re gonna find at your local drugstore you’re going to have to probably order them online more than likely you could probably find it I think maybe in like health food stores I’m assuming you’ll have to fact check
Me on that but I had to order mine people might not like the flavor it is a little sharp or a little pregnant or it’s very pack a punch in your mouth when you put it in so I swallow it as quickly as I can but for me it doesn’t
Taste bad not necessarily taking it for a 30 days straight per se but I’ve done it off and on for weeks now and when I do take it I notice a difference for sure that’s why I’m comfortable doing the review because I know that if I take this consistently for like three and
Four days in a row I feel better I can see that I’m actually getting the vitamins because I know that when I use the restroom you can actually see some of the vitamins coming out so I’m probably not absorbing or I don’t need all of what’s in there so I am obviously
Uh letting some of it go not particularly easy to carry around because you do have to refrigerate it it’s not like just popping a pill and being done with your vitamin you do have to get a spoon or you do have to put it in something which for some people that
Could also be a pro but for the most part those are kind of like the cons about what I see but let’s move into the the pros all the vitamins on here are the typical vitamins that you would see in a woman’s multivitamin I love them
All so much like vitamin B we need that biotin of course for the hair and then I really do love the fact that there’s different types of uh oils in here that there’s goji berry extract as there’s ashwagandha root I like that there’s omega-3 you know that all of these
Different things play like a nice part they all play well together and ensuring you’re getting like a rounded multivitamins stuff is usually sold out thing that is a pro to me is the container I do love it the way that it is it’s just a pop off container and it
Does look like this don’t get me wrong it does get messy a little bit but it’s not as messy as like you would think it is I have some containers that after I’ve used them because they don’t have that kind of like special stopper in there get ridiculously messy and then on
Top of that you over use so that’s definitely one of the things that I do enjoy and again I totally enjoy the way that I feel I do feel like I have energy I feel like I feel better and I will continue to use them and looking forward
To using other vitamins that they’re sending top of that I also think that it is easy for you to dump in like a smoothie if you’re able to I personally don’t mind taking it really quickly from like a tablespoon I feel like that’s the most effective way for me to do it right
When I’m eating or right before a meal usually don’t take it on an empty stomach I don’t take any vitamins on an empty stomach so again highly recommend these I think that they’re worth the money if you’re into it’s exploring vitamins if you’re not into taking
Things in a liquid format if you’re more comfortable with pills I’m not sure that you would love this if like liquids gag you or have a hard time with them it would really depend on your taste buds and your specific flavor liking but I love the vanilla Peach flavor but that’s
