Eat X VITAMIN A Per Day
Adult man: 900 μg RAE (3000 IU)
Adult woman: 700 μg RAE (2310 IU)
Lactating woman: 1300 μg RAE (4300 IU)

If you eat fatty protein sources and vegetables, you don’t have to worry about vitamin A.
