136kg/300lbs Deadlift x 6 Reps | AMRAP | Road to 184kg/405lbs

Was feeling super drained from training today but still went in and tried to give it my all. Top set was 300×1+ ended up getting it for 6.

Did dead stop instead of touch and go to make sure I’m building real power. Took my breath at the bottom of every single rep and did not hyper extend at the top! Happy with my form except for the last rep, it wasn’t super clean.
