Dieting Made Simple | Five Minutes for Better Fitness

Overall this video is aimed at the person who is confused on what to eat based on all the conflicting information out there. Is keto the best diet? Is vegan the best diet?
The truth is none of them are “the best diet” because there is no one best diet for all people. While you can get very specific on certain people with allergies and such, the best advice I’ve come up with is to eat a diet consisting of simply: a variety of whole natural foods. This includes plant AND animal products AND carbs.
However, sticking to whole natural foods will help limit overconsumption more naturally simply because it is often times more challenging to over eat a whole natural food. Eating in this manner can then be made more advanced by tracking for specific goals and such, but that’s not the purpose of the video.
I hope to encourage a more general message to the masses about how much more simple it is to eat healthy and specifically more healthy than the majority of people are eating (most people consume copious amounts of fast food and highly processed food which in turn makes it easy to over eat).
