Last month I did 190lbs x 12, this month 200lbs x 12! Power is being built and mass is being cultivated!

Currently floating around 190lbs body weight. Really trying to focus on not trampolining the barbell off of my chest for extra reps, strictly my own power. Its really hard not to sometimes lol.
